How do I take care of my flowers?

First remove the packaging paper, then cut the stems and change the water every two days.

How long will my flowers last?

It depends on how you care for them. Typically, most of your flowers should look good for at least 5 days, but sometimes they can last up to two weeks!

Why do I need to protect my flowers from the cold and how can I ensure they don't freeze?

When the outside temperature is below 0 degrees Celsius, your flowers, when they come into contact with the cold, will freeze and may not even last a day.

That's why we provide you with either a box or a bag to keep them looking beautiful and fresh.

How long can my flowers last without water?

Your flowers can last a maximum of one and a half hours without water, however it is recommended to put them in water as soon as possible so that they can have a longer lifespan.
